HOW TO GET STARTED

How do you get started with a drive?

Every season, we will have a new poster with updated needs that you can post in your place of worship, business, or community center. All you need is a large box and to spread the word in your personal network. Please remind contributors that USED items of any kind are not accepted. For example, clothes must be new and still have the tags on them.

We kindly ask that you notify South Park Inn when you start a drive so that we can arrange for space and select your drop-off day. South Park Inn staff cannot collect off-site drive donations.

    New feminine hygiene products

    New toiletries products – full-size preferred

    New laundry supply products

    New unused towel sets

    Uber & Lyft gift cards

    Lysol, bleach, and cleaning supplies

    Gift cards to Stop and Shop, Big Y, Walmart, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts, Target, McDonalds, and gas stations

    Unopened, non-perishable food**

    **Before starting a canned or dry-food drive, please get in touch with the Director of Development and Community Relations to find out what is being accepted because priorities change depending on the time of year. Canned goods are not generally accepted.

  • Items we can't accept

    Any used goods (including but not limited to used linens, used children's goods, clothing)

    Furniture

    Used mattresses

    Household appliances

    Partially used or expired personal hygiene items and makeup

    Dirty or broken items

    Candy

    Used car seats, breast pumps, cribs, baby items, nor used stuffed animals
