Help us keep our shelves stocked this winter by joining in the Winter Item Drive-A-Palooza!

We’ve made it easy for you.

To host a donation drive, simply contact our volunteer manager, choose a theme from our list to focus your drive, and start collecting.

Big or small, your drive can help ensure our community has the essentials.

We kindly ask that you notify South Park Inn before you start a drive so that we can arrange for space and select your drop-off day.
South Park Inn staff cannot collect off-site donations or used items of any kind.

  • Winter Layers

    Help keep our guests warm and comfortable this winter by hosting a Winter Layers Drive. We’re looking for all of the things that keep us warm, including hats, gloves, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants, and thick socks. We are also in need of blankets and hand/feet warmers.

    The most needed sizes are L-XXXL.

    Welcome Home Baskets

    Help move our guests into their new homes.

    When guests move on from the shelter, they are supplied with a Welcome Home Basket, a collection of cookware, bathroom essentials, bedding, and cleaning products to help make a seamless transition into stable housing.

  • Senior Care Items

    Older adults is the fastest growing demographic among homeless populations. Shelters across the nation are seeing an increase of individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions. Your drive can help us provide dignified care to every guest that comes through our doors.

    We are looking for products like sanitary wipes, incontinence briefs, and bed pads.

  • Personal Care Items

    Help keep our guests comfortable and healthy!

    With the cold weather, products like chap stick, moisturizers, and foot powder are welcomed donations. In addition to the basic hygiene items like unopened shower supplies (travel sizes welcome!), new washcloths, and new towels.

  • Gift Cards

    Gift cards are one of the easiest ways for our guests to get what they need.

    We are looking for gift cards from Stop and Shop, Big Y, Walmart, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts, Target, McDonalds, and gas stations.

  • Tissues

    Yes, just tissues.

    With cold and flu season right around the corner, the last thing you want is to run out of tissues.

    Run a tissue box drive to help our guests stay healthy this winter.

Any used goods (including but not limited to used linens, used children's goods, clothing)
Furniture
Used mattresses
Partially used or expired personal hygiene items and makeup
Dirty or broken items
Candy
Used car seats, breast pumps, cribs, baby items, nor used stuffed animals
